    1. Administrator – ePaństwo Foundation based in Zgorzała, ul. Pliszki 2B / 1 05-500 Mysiadło, Poland, KRS: 0000359730.
    2. Personal data – information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, internet identifier or one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, the economic, cultural or social identity of the individual.
    3. Policy – this privacy policy.
    4. RODO – Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.
    5. Website – a set of websites made available by the Administrator on web servers under the following addresses: http://mojepanstwo.pl/; http://kodujdlapolski.pl; http://epf.org.pl and https://pdfcee.pl.
    6. User – any natural person using the services made available by the Administrator on the Website, in particular every physical person visiting the Website.

    1. The Administrator collects your personal data in connection with its activities on the Website – in accordance with the principle of legality, expediency, limited processing, data minimization, correctness, integrity and confidentiality.
    2. The administrator collects personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and does not process them further in a manner inconsistent with these purposes.
    3. The scope of User’s personal data collected by the Administrator is limited to what is necessary to enable the User to use the services made available on the Website.

      1. As part of the Service, the Administrator downloads technical data of the User’s end device such as IP address, input source, connection time, URL, and browser type and version.

        1. related to the provision of electronic services in the field of providing content and functionality available to the Users on the Website – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the RODO);
        2. analytical and statistical Administrator – the legal basis of the processing is a legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) letter F) to conduct analyzes of Users’ activity, as well as their preferences to improve the functionalities and services provided;
        3. possible determination and pursuance of claims or defense against them – the legal basis for processing is a legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) letter f) of the RODO consisting in protection of the Administrator’s rights;
    2. REGISTRATION FOR ACCOUNT ON MOJEPANSTWO.PL PORTAL

                      
                      

                            

      1. For the purpose of registering an account on the mojepanstwo.pl portal, the User is requested by the Administrator to provide an e-mail address or identifier on Facebook.

      1. For the purpose of receiving the newsletter, the User is asked by the Administrator to enter his e-mail address.

        1. implementing the ordered newsletter sending service – the legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the GDPR);

        3. marketing content targeting in the form of a newsletter, using profiling (see point 3.3.2 below) – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Foundation (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the RODO), the legitimate interest of the Foundation is content management marketing in the form of a newsletter, in connection with the consent expressed by the User.

Profiling indicated in 3.3.1.2. above, it consists in the automatic analysis of actions taken by the User in relation to the received newsletter (eg opening a newsletter or individual links contained in its contents) and an appropriate response to these activities, e.g. by sending a reminder.

      APPLICATION FOR A NATIONAL COURT REGISTER

                      
                      

                            

      1. Administrator as part of the National Court Register application presents personal data collected from publicly available sources, ie the National Court Register and the Court and Economic Monitor. Categories of personal data processed by the Foundation are identical with the categories of personal data disclosed in the National Court Register and Court and Economic Monitor, in particular they are: names, date of birth, age, PESEL number, information about the functions performed by a person in an entity entered into The National Court Register, if it exists: the number and value of owned shares / shares;

      3. The above. personal data is processed by the Administrator in order to:
                                

                                      

        1. providing them on websites operated by the Foundation to promote the certainty and transparency of business transactions, using profiling (see point 3.5.2.2.) – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Foundation (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) , the legitimate interest of the Foundation is to provide personal data on websites operated by the Foundation to promote the certainty and transparency of business transactions.

Profiling referred to in point 3.4.2.1. consists in automatic analysis of the PESEL number, in order to obtain information about the year of birth of persons whose data is processed, which allows the Administrator to enter the functionality of displaying the year of birth of persons with the same names and surnames (to distinguish them from other, same-named persons appearing in the National Court Register);

      1. In connection with the Administrator having accounts on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr, Meetup, the Administrator processes personal data of Users who visit the Administrator’s account on the above-mentioned portals.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator for this purpose is its legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) letter f) of the RODO consisting in building the Administrator’s brand through social networking sites.

Due to the fact that the level of protection of personal data outside the European Economic Area differs from that provided by the provisions of the RODO, the Administrator transfers personal data outside the EEA only when it is necessary and with an adequate level of protection, above all through:
                                

                                      

        1. cooperation with entities processing personal data in countries for which an appropriate decision of the European Commission has been issued;
        2.                             

        3. use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission;
        4.                             

        5. application of binding corporate rules, approved by the competent supervisory authority;
        6.                             

        7. in the event of data transfer to the USA – cooperation with entities participating in the Privacy Shield program, approved by the decision of the European Commission.
